I was recently playing around with the idea of screen printing and I discovered an amazing trick in photoshop using separate layers of watercolored paper to build images. Pretty much any photo can be given this treatment and no sooner had I created this image, I was contacted by my pals at Thunderground Films to do the graphics for their film Zen In The Art Of YardSailing. Pretty self explanatory right? Well, I showed them a conceptual design for their titles and chapter graphics and they loved it.
Post Production is underway and I am developing a handful of pieces with this technique applied.
